Data Validation
BeneLink incorporates system validation both at the user interface and database levels so data entered by employees, employers and brokers is accurate and complete.

Import Files
Import files typically used for updating employer census data are pre-validated for format type and accuracy to maintain data integrity. Error reports showing both fatal and non-fatal data errors are available.

Carrier/Payroll/COBRA File Transfers
File transfers are scheduled and run as a batch process and those batch processes can be scheduled based on the needs of the employer and its carriers. All files are protected.

System Access
BeneLink's systems offer tiered levels of access for more controlled management of benefit plan, client and employee data. Login periods are regulated based on criteria set forth during implementation and can vary by employee demographics.

Data Logs
All system entries are date and time stamped and logged with an administrator ID to create a historical record of your system activity.
