Online Enrollment

BeneLink Express enrollment offers a number of advantages to both employees and employers. New hires and employees participating in annual enrollment enjoy access to online product summaries, pre-calculated rates and benefit statements. Pre-loaded census, election and dependent/beneficiary information saves employees time and significantly reduces the amount of data entry required.

This pre-loaded data along with system validation on data entry significantly reduces the number of errors typically associated with paper enrollments. By receiving information correctly up front employers eliminate time spent following up with employees at the end of the enrollment period. Online enrollment status reports also help employers track the progress of their enrollment and enable them to follow up with employees who have not yet completed the enrollment process.

Eligibility reports including both employees and dependents can be downloaded and submitted with prior approval to your various benefit providers.

Benefits Administration

Administration through BeneLink Express means finally taking control of your benefit plan data and employee communication procedures. Employee search features, web-based billing and payroll deduction reports and employee document sharing save time and money for your company and enable you to provide better support to your employees. Mid-year changes can be exported to a change file and submitted to carriers electronically with prior carrier approval.

Employee Self-Service

Studies have shown that employee satisfaction is improved when self-service options are implemented. With BeneLink Express' Employee Self-Service portal employees can instantly access product summaries, change forms, beneficiary update forms, company-related documents, benefit statements and more.
